AMOS: A Matter of Substance seems to owe something to the Philip Glass *katsi movies: kinetic and beautiful imagery from nearly abstract points of view, global, a soundtrack, no narrative. But it seems to lack the compelling cohesiveness of the *katsi films, simply trying to be some sort of mood art. For free "on demand" in the hotel room, it seems OK. But.
