One last notice
I notice i am NOT particularly down this morning. I don't know if it was the decision to not go to the conference (but not go to all the meetings i declined because i'd be at the conference), or if it's just one of these swings. There's still discomfort in my mouth and a few bodily complaints; the discomfort was particularly bad yesterday evening but the exhaustion wasn't the same as the blues.
On the other hand, here i still am at my personal computer, not getting ready for the commute in yet.
ETA: I have also been taking some topical but oral steroids again, under my tongue -- and i wonder if those doses also cause a tick up in well being. It's too soon for the Prozac.
