Just moments left of *my* morning and then it's commute while listening in to a phone conference.

Last night i was home at a fine hour, but did not use the evening time "wisely." I suppose, though, i really needed visiting time with Christine. This weekend we were apart or recovering: we didn't have time for us.

Anyhow, charging off into the day. Winter storm whisperings on the east coast must have pervaded Christine's consciousness as she insists i wear a coat today.

Yup, part of me gets that that time is needed. That's the part that puts the scare quotes around the "wisely." I think i'm working with the part of me that wants and wants and wants nowadays, not the external Puritanical messaging that thou shalt work thy fingers to the bone ethic. Exposed here, they seem similar.
