Poor night's sleep waking with discomfort every couple of hours. The good news is i can go back to sleep, so i'm thankful both for my sleep rituals (a certain sound file, playing solitaire on the phone) and the ease with which i can return to sleep.
Christine is in Fresno for a GIS conference so i'm having practice at getting going on my own today. Cats are cared for but the kitchen will have to wait.
