Lower Gluten snack: Bin-Bin Rice Cracker

Another item from the Asian market downtown. I find the packaging fascinating as i ponder snow in Thailand. I'm also wondering what the connection is between the happy snow beings and the cookies, but Toucan Sam pops to mind. I suspect it's best not to ponder marketing mascots too much.
These are sweet-savory, with most of the flavoring in the glaze. I know the sweet struck me more than the savory.
These have soy sauce powder that is made from wheat, so they are not truly gluten free. They are sweet enough that they fall far from filling the niche of saltines and pretzels. Since they don't fit my niche and there's wheat in the soy flavoring, i think i'll pass on these. (I also got basic rice crackers at the grocery that meet my needs, since acquiring these, so i am much less curious.)
The are, like the others, packaged in many little packets. This time there are two in a packet and twelve packets in a container. The math works in that four packets are a 35g serving and there are three servings in a container. Hurrah for basic math.
