Many men do need to learn, and from whom? Women. They should know to run their speeches or notes by a trusted woman or two, one they can trust to be *honest* not just laudatory (whether that includes wives, sisters or moms depends on their relationship!)

Do men "trust their salary to karma?" Not many, I suspect.
