Oh, tea and dairy? Hmm, I dunno. Masala chai is an exception, well all those milk teas are, but I mean...I dunno. Dairy's only ever fouled up my taste receptors for tea.

Maybe the pu'erh would hold up to the dairy?

If you do wanna try some of those primo straight-up non-blended Chinese teas, Teaspring.com has a good selection of moderate quality at moderate price. Jing's Tea Shop and Imperial Tea Court have high quality at a high price. *grin*

Do you use Upton? I can't remember. I think you might be the person I know who shops there...
