Well, i have budget purchases and get the cheapest organic Keemun and my usual flavored seasonal teas (now: Mélange Noël, "A blend of black tea with cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and cardamom. Decorated with orange peel, rose petals and almond pieces.") I also take the bolder teas, Keemuns and Assams. I do not have the taste for the delicate white teas or Darjeelings.

Pu'erh was mentioned as a good match for a smoked Fontina.
