I'm sure -- my cousin (some number of times removed) has excellent English. Tallinn, too, reportedly also has plenty of English speakers. Still, my hearing skills are ... well, challenged with English speakers. And my pronunciation skills are hilarious. I can at least listen to speakers of the language for a bit before trying to pronounce what google translate tells me to say.
