Physical therapists are great, and I'm glad you have one for your knee, but also glad you have a knee specialist. Joints get harder as we age, and it sucks. The orthopedist I saw for my elbow confirmed the lateral epicondylitis and no other issues on the xrays, but did not 'mild osteopenia', which is unsurprising given my age and having all the risk factors (mother had it, am white, small boned, and no children.) So I probably need to do more weight-bearing upper body exercise. I dread joining a gym, even the old-lady gym at the Orange Co sportsplex that has a senior center next door. Waah.

If the adapter you ordered was not expensive it might be handy to have the smaller dongle to travel with (I have a macbook with one and only one port.)

Can you get Luigi checked for a UTI or the beginnings of kidney issues? The inappropriate urination is frequently a sign of something that early intervention can help. But I feel you on the laundry. So glad to have no carpeting in the house. I also have a little staircase thing for pets to get on/off the bed. I had gotten it for Friday but she refused to use it, even when I showed her that it would hold my weight. The cats took to it immediately, and so did Andy.
