we had many of the same issues with Lowe's when we moved in a few years ago and did the same thing - Best Buy Logistics seems to be better run
I hope the dishwasher stuff gets straightened out soon - I'm looking at one of the slim fit microwaves I REALLY want one but haven't jumped yet
