I have never conceived of such a dish, and it sounds fabulous.

After one experience working with large-pearl tapioca, I've been a small-pearl man. I don't recall having noticed medium around, which shows that I don't make tapioca pudding as often as I'd like it. How do you think small-pearl would work? One wouldn't need to soak it.
