Erm, i'm getting stronger inhaled corticosteroids -- not more prednisone. I've never noticed an impact from the corticosteroids except to trust that my lungs are less irritable than they would be without. It seems (after skimming some papers) the inhaled and targeted delivery helps limit any metabolic effects.

I didn't know there was a prednisone connection to protein though. I guess the five day courses i've taken in the past have been short enough no one has advised me of the issue. I'll know for next time -- thanks!
