Just from skimming through SF and Fantasy, i'd say there's a strong new stuff, series focus. There were a very few eBooks that were classics (and i was all "Sheesh, i'd get that from Gutenberg so i'd have as long as i want to read it"). Many of the books in the speculative fiction section were "book N of whatever" and had a wait list of 10 or 20 folks.
The subscription is a consortial purchase, but it seems there are little indicators that my library has purchased additional copies of certain books.
