Antacid diet

So, a bit of skimming this afternoon led me to the same sort of frustration and disgust i felt some years ago as i embarked on the exclusion diet to see if i could reduce my flares. (And it worked.)

The different advice pockets, much of which is contraindicated by other advice, are a bit maddening. But still, i think i've lined up some plausible advice.

So, i'm giving oatmeal with ginger and aloe vera a try.
