In face-palms at work, i sent an email to colleagues titled, "Has escalation in support changed? And the folks who manage [product] support?" with a paragraph beginning, "Below is a particularly disturbing example of what seems like an automated response and [our] staff not reading." A colleague replied to that message, adding our support staff and the customer. I'm not sure how horrified to be.
