Yes, smoosh that rice crispy treat in your mouth, one last time. Christine is at the surgeon, getting her six week check up. She can start walking now! You two can return to pre winter habits, eating more sensibly, you avoiding wheat and sweets as you did so well before the holidays! Long solar powered days are here!
Yes, beer and naan were just great last night. That cookie dough: yup, you did comfort eating.
But now, sister, you need to return to those better self habits. You'd gotten to where you could pass on sweets all day before the lay-off news, you can do it again.
