Doctor visit today

Urgent care for perhaps a respiratory infection today took all morning. I'm keeping still this afternoon. I'd wanted to take my nephew to the NC Archives but the cough seemed a valid reason to not do so. He's got a cough too. I was a little anxious about taking him to the archive, not knowing how interesting it would be, whether he'd be willing to understand Dad's family's recitation of genealogy could be ... wrong. And also, it would be my first time too, and .... well, i should probably hie myself over on my own someday.

In experiments, i whipped a very old can of coconut cream with confectioner's sugar and added a teaspoon of agar agar boiled in a half cup water. It didn't set very stiffly, but it was a good experiment.
