I'm a bit afraid to reread what i posted yesterday, partly because of how the emotional tenor of the day was set and played out. Moody and drained.
I did hang the "stained glass" window film at the door. I had boldly decided i cut cut and re order leftover stained glass sections to patch the seam, but when it came time to do so, i was less inspired to do so. Partly, i worry about the tiny bits of cling plastic not clinging. I think i did an adequate job disguising the seem. I see it, but Christine said it took her a while to find it.
Christine and i walked out at the baylands from the San Antonio trailhead in the evening. I spoke about Lammas and took some photos of the golden grasses. We had a cathartic sit on a bench, breaking some of the heavy moods we'd both been carrying.
I have felt frustrated thinking about harvest, as my personal goals have sat aside from work. Shifting to Scrum methodology, doing a "real" release planning, and going through the reorg mixed chosen changes with undesired changes. We are experiencing first harvest of that work now.
