So, Christine's instructor noted the ten principles of economics and said she rejects the principle that there is a direct relationship between unemployment and inflation (specifically that inflation in the short term reduces unemployment) so they were to only consider that there were nine.

I appreciate the introductory offer, but i think what's missing for me is a landscape to lay out my understanding. My reaction to the Commanding Heights documentary leads me to wonder if it's the historical context of the ideas that i need to keep them from being an abstract jumble.
