I read some of what you were going through, and i can see why my writing might resonate.
There are probably gender dynamics at play on the team, but if anything, i think i'm being lumped in with the aggressive guy dynamics as my replacement makes big efforts to make space for the other two women on the team to contribute verbally. Let's say the lectures aren't entirely unasked for, but instead someone who can mirror how things are going back to me with candor. It's something i value, after years of its absence.
