Thanks -- it finally resolved and i'm now at OMG so much didn't get done last week! I hope that work and employee comp and everything works out. I recall being a manager and how corporate policy and demands were so STUPID and assumed all employees were out to take the company for a ride. This built in assumption that everyone was trying to take advantage made it so hard. So, i hope your management can keep communicating how good a job you do even while the theater of insurance etc etc goes on.
