I think mammogram discomfort is often based on the skill of the technician, but also individual sensitivity. I found the maneuvering of my arms and torso and neck and holding the positions were more uncomfortable than the squish itself (I'm kind of short for the machine I think.) They have 3D ones now. I had dental x-rays last week, and did not have to re-do due to gagging this time.
So.many.leaves. I hadn't done any prep for Zeta either, not that two hours without electricity during daylight required it, but I had not thought the winds would be so high after moving so far inland.
