Change for change's sake is a PITA, but you roll with it very professionally, far more than I would. (I am sad about the changes to the website, though I know they've been in the works for some time. They make it much harder for me to use, and I think it performs less well, though it's hard for me to know since my last few searches have been on recondite things. I hope the changes help others and aren't just bandwagoning.)
