sometimes when a realization hits here I almost want to smack myself in the forehead and yell DUH!! hehehe and I think our current schizophrenic weather is causing a lot of people issues they're not even truly aware of. I know it's killing me joint wise, my hip and knee are super cranky and I'm aware of why, now if the headaches would stop.. ugh
