The spiderworts seem to be pretty happy here. I guess i'd need to key out and go back through my notes about seed and plant purchases to know which species i've got growing here. I know i had bought some plants of the selection Tradescantia ohioensis ‘Mrs Loewer’ and i know i've bought seed to scatter. Some seem to have similarly distinctive foliage color to ‘Mrs Loewer,’ so perhaps the selection's seed has spread.

There's a native Commelina Dayflower, but i have only found the Asiatic or common dayflower, Commelina communis here and at my parents'.
