FMLA - I've had to fill that shit out 6 times now. It never gets easier. Hub's company changed how it's done recently too, I used to be able to just hand it over to Brendan in HR and everything was OK. Now we also go through some third party bullshit site and have to go into our portal for everything IF they even grant the FMLA and that can take a week or 5 we discovered, and if we don't stay (we, I mean I who are we kidding) on top of it, nothing gets done and it gets lost in the shuffle. Huge pain in the ass, keep at it, I have faith in you!!
