Christine & i both got bingos, one after another, just as i commented on how cool it was that we were having such close Lexulous games. I hoper Christine's sister doesn't feel beat up upon.

Last night i finished the crochet on the halter top i made with yarn i bought in Santa Cruz and thread i dyed myself. The plan was for something i could wear around the house, but since October i've decided i can wear these wrap skirts publicly: that i can move away from jeans, jeans, jeans. I didn't like the view of my back with the low lacing of the back and the high visibility of the camisole looking a over-stretched. (Ah, vanity.) So, i'm buying a "gypsy" blouse to dye and wear under it.

A bit on the dramatic* side.

Which feels like a "stretch", a change, and yet, i've worn lots of dramatic tops with jeans. I suppose it's the femininity+drama that is novel.

* Where dramatic means the clothing item has substantially different styling from what is generally available and bright or striking colors.

I'm still pondering the maze of short-form social media and what i want from my participation. I remain open to suggestions. At this moment, G+'s ability to share by email AND it's circles makes it an interesting place to integrate other systems that accept post-by-email.
