Tumblr is helping me understand the stream of content i see on Diaspora, which has been reassuring in a way.

I'm still working on the anger that New Director stirs up in me with his slimy behaviors. I am so hoping my Old Boss got a job this week: please universe? It's not fair that New Director has a job and Old Boss does not. New Director and i did talk last afternoon, and he took a moment to be defensive, noting that he was talking to me from his home, after work! He does that for me! And another tick mark went down as i reflected that i could trump that with countless 6 am meetings.

One of which starts in a few minutes.

So there's my anger, but then there's taking care of my self and my needs. I'm doing that with regards to what i need from a boss by having a Pretend Boss.

The flare might be tapering off again.

I guess i better go get ready for work.
