Our Quaker advices for this month state, "Simplicity is best achieved through a
right ordering of priorities, maintaining humility of spirit, avoiding selfindulgence, resisting the accumulation of unnecessary possessions, and avoiding over-busy lives."

Oof.

I wonder about the beads that have gone missing: do i really have the time for them? I have so many (just not enough in the particular colorway of the pretty focal beads i bought on vacation). And the yarn....

Last night i indulged in avoiding the laundry and exercise. I left work a touch after 6 pm to find and accident had occurred to snarl the highway, and i also needed to stop for gas. (Was that really cheap gas? I may need to check billshrink -- which uses your commute route to determine which gas stations are on the route and the cost of deviation and whether the deviation will cost more than you would save -- against gasbuddy.) I enjoyed listening to more of the saga of William Smith. I wonder if i should begin to tally hyperbolic statements to derive a rate per hour for the book.

Positive thinking does not cure cancer. Suggesting that it does is inhumane. Death is not under the control of 'smile monkies'. Being positive does not eliminate prejudice. Prejudice is not ever, ever, changed by the grin of one seen as subservient. Stop it.
