(no subject)

Yesterday was the kickoff for the two week iteration, and i spent most of the day engaged with the team as we tasked out the work for the iteration. Which is draining, but may actually be better than other days in that it was a single focus instead of switching context ever 30 min to an hour.

It was still a long day, and it had started with a number of work related incidents ... oh, i mentioned that, didn't i.

I'm beginning to feel like i'm giving the company 150% and i need to pull back to 90%. The less than 100% is because one needs reserves for emergencies. Have the past few months been an emergency? I can't tell: stuff going on back in the home office is unclear.
