  • Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] westwardho i'm reawakening my @elainegrey account for tweets over the next month or so. I dunno if i'll be using it or not. FYI. (Really, unfollow now.)
  • In really really good Christine news, she's done with classes and passed the math class. Hurrah, huzzah! She's sitting at the kitchen table with her friend & client, teaching her more about Flash.
  • It's been a weird weekend. Maybe i am anxious. I was feeling pretty good about the weekend until, at the grocery store, i felt all feverish and woosy. Feeling like i needed some chemical, I bought candy and chips and pigged out when i got home. Then Christine made dinner. I'm now overfed and becoming aware of All Those Yams.
  • One Yam was filling out the nominating form for meeting. I did get that done.
  • Why is my computer sluggish? uptime:  21:27  up 2 days, 14:34, 4 users, load averages: 0.15 0.27 0.35 . Apparently my computer doesn't think it's doing anything at all. PhysMem: 620M wired, 889M active, 408M inactive, 1917M used,  132M free. I really haven't understood memory reporting on the mac. Still, i know i used to chew up all the free memory to the point it wasn't visible on the pie chart. /dev/disk0s2    129G    78G    51G    61%    /  And there's still disk space. I'm looking at you Firefox 4. I fell in love, but you and the new Skype. Bloat?
  • I'm not thinking straight. When my cell phone died last night, suddenly ceasing to charge, i didn't think about how i could use Christine's phone to charge my battery. I did use her phone to troubleshoot. Stevens Creek Sprint Store in San Jose gave me lovely service this morning. I am now waiting on a refurb replacement. *sigh*
