I used the Minnow's reference resources a great deal but havn't gone much past the WorldCat citations. Hmm. No, no comparisons to be found via the citations freely available.
I have two public libraries with online resources: neither of those seemed to have turned up any results. I think i was able to get to JStor via SF public but i bet my account is expired.
