I wrote a variation on these to cope with New Director, but rarely used them. Trying again.

What was the most effective thing New Manager did this week for me?
What was the most effective thing New Manager did this week for the team?
What was the most effective thing New Manager did this week for the division?
His questions and focus on the coming install have lifted a weight from me and will hopefully help identify issues before the install so it goes smoothly. He's communicated ongoing issues to our VP.
What, in New Manager's control, was the most problematic thing this week?
(Time or energy wasted, team complaints or misunderstandings, burdensome or complicated requirements)
I'm not really sure what is in his control yet. He's still ramping up (unlike New Director who had been in charge before i began reporting to him).
What can i offer New Manager as a place for his improvement for the next week?
What can i offer New Manager as a place for my improvement for the next week?
No requests for New Manager. For me, well, i'll just need to get through my account requests for my new staff member as promptly as possible. Yesterday's 11 hour workday caught me up on a great deal of stuff.
Hrm, we'll see if i continue. I'm feeling a bit rushed this morning and not reflective, so terse answers. Actually, that may be best: a quick look and, now with New Manager, a moment of gratitude for his competency and care.
