I say i'm not irritable, but oh, there are buttons at work. One is Staff Member with Attitude, the other is anyone who seems to imply things are not working due to our team's services.
I listened to loving kindness meditations on the way to work, finding myself filled with love for my other commuters. Three hours later, not so much.
