The pansies don't have much flavor, but they sure are a feast for the eyes.

At least, I? don't think o-- I don't enjoy the sensation of eating scent.

My memory may be failing me, but what i recall is a sweetness, like the nectar from honeysuckle. I'd probably not mind eating scent though.

What is it with the photo resizing not sticking? I have that same problem. Although this entry displays perfectly for me.

My photo resize issue was with mailing the photo from my phone. -- i solved it by limiting the display size but it's still sending more bytes than necessary to the browser.

I'll be gone next week -- and i suspect things will grow by leaps and bounds while i'm away. It hwad been quite dry for a while, and we're finally getting a soaking. (Perhaps too much of one: rivers are at flood stage now.)
