Now that it's less hot, and my food sensitivities seem to be calming down, I'm baking more, and I usually bake two loaves and give at least one away? (I'm getting used to my oven, so I'm baking more than I need - OTOH, bread salad is amazing.)
Would you like some bread? Lightly sour sourdough (in most ways more like pain au levain) at present - I need to find a place with rye berries... I'm trying to get a paper submitted (my part is small, but persnicketty) but I'd cheerfully show up at your door with bread :-)
