I wonder if all the eyerolling of the past 3 years is helping our facial muscles or just giving us all more wrinkles. I like the idea of obsessive rest and relaxation. I am flitting around between books; the one I am in the middle of (The Unkindness of Ghosts by Rivers Solomon) is so good but hard on my heart. And I have downloaded a few nonfiction (Burnout by Emily Nagoski, and the current Sari Solden ADHD book) but neither are bedtime reading.
