My favorite fresh noodles (as I mentioned the last time you posted about noodles) are the broad rice noodles (like these https://www.seriouseats.com/2014/08/asian-noodle-shopping-guide.html#cheong-fun), not the skinny long ones. I guess I make a mess of my face if I slurp, but the broad noodles are satisfyingly gloppy. I know it's not a coop, but I get them at the big Asian supermarket in Durham, although it's always very crowded and sensory-overloading there. Have you been to H-Mart in Cary? So huge, and reminds me of living in Queens. Except I can go home to the quiet.
I still would like Andy and Carrie to meet (or for me to meet Carrie, even if Andy does not!), but Andy can be territorial/defensive (still on the to-do list is call the trainer recommendation), but on neutral ground he is pretty good with dogs that are friendly but not too jumpy. He's fine with bigger dogs if they sniff politely first (unlike neighbor's sweet 8 month old lab pup, who Andy likes but stays clear of getting jumped on, so can't actually play with.)
