I hope you hear from them soon and it's not as major as anyone thinks it might be Jeff and I have talked about stuff here at home and I think new HVAC is definitely in the works for us. We can get a SEER22 system for about $7k. I don't think we need anything that heavy but it would be nice to have something to worry about a little less
