Being sick i continue my experience of a very teeny universe with me at the center.
I think i'm feeling better this afternoon -- with the worst symptoms over last night. It possible i caught a virus as well as the sinus infection, my doctor said when we consulted today. I'm not hungry at all. Yesterday i had in mind that miso soup with Chinese hot sauce would be good. We had that for lunch, and it was very good.
On Tuesday i made the mistake of indulging in a cheese sandwich. I had remembered the grocery's hot panini sandwiches as being made in a grill press creating a rippled surface. I ordered and watched the fellow behind the counter struggle to arrange the three slices of cheese over the sourdough bread to cover the whole surface. It was not a generous amount of cheese by any stretch of the imagination. I was disappointed but figured that surely i would not be charged the same as the sandwich price for those made with fistfuls of sandwich meat. Wrong! Two slices of sourdough bread and three slices of cheese heated in an oven for $5.60.
Christine is at 60% she thinks, and is also under the weather.
I will get well. She will get well.
