Waiting to give blood for my fasting blood test then will have More Tea and breakfast.

This morning as I put up dishes I realized how little I do in the Now. My work is strongly future and past, and even when I make things, I also a few steps ahead in my mind.

AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH.

I really do care about my state parks.

I really have an issue with the state budget being run by ballot measure.

I really do not like regressive taxing.

I really believe that, even if you don't visit parks, you, as an air breathing water drinking creature, benefit from them.

"A YES vote on this measure means: An $18 annual surcharge would be added to the amount paid when a person registers a motor vehicle. The surcharge revenues would be used to provide funding for state park and wildlife conservation programs. Vehicles subject to the surcharge would have free admission and parking at all state parks."

"A NO vote on this measure means: State park and wildlife conservation programs would continue to be funded through existing state and local funding sources. Admission and parking fees could continue to be charged for vehicles entering state parks."

I think i'm on a upswing. We had lovely rain but not the complete grey flat skies of last weekend and i'm utilizing the light box. Fight SAD: check! I'm finding a balance between the iron pills and the docusate so my digestive system might get better. With more iron my mouth might have a decrease in sores. With less discomfort... whee! And i should note my tongue does feel better.

I'm feeling oddly restless. I want to do something creative but i'm not being satisfied by what i do. I pulled out a sketchbook and spent a few moments with it: not quite it. I pulled out some beads and worked with those and wires and a little crochet: not quite it.

I did manage to clean out a jam in the Roomba, where cat hair had been caught up and pulled deep within the enclosure around one of the brushes' axle drives.

And i've written a Stevens Creek in the News post. Not like anyone reads it....
