Evidence i am in love with Christine: the flutter of my heart when i saw her car in the parking lot -- and then realized she'd taken the train and my heart fell.

So, she doesn't care for The Kingston Trio (due to the fact that they are a product of the 50s, and she's willing to call it her own failing). And, rightly, she knows that i favor them because i grew up listening to my dad's album growing up. I'd been humming "Scotch and Soda" and looked them up on Amazon delighted when i saw a 40 song "best of" album for $7 on Amazon.

So i've listened to Tom Dooley, Where Have all the Flowers gone, Scotch and Soda, Tijuana Jail, MTA, Worried Man ....

I feel better now, although i am disappointed that Merry Minuet is not in the collection. (Fixed that.)

They're rioting in Africa. They're starving in Spain.
There's hurricanes in Florida and Texas needs rain.

The whole world is festering with unhappy souls.
The French hate the Germans. The Germans hate the Poles.
Italians hate Yugoslavs. South Africans hate the Dutch
and I don't like anybody very much!

But we can be tranquil and thankful and proud
for man's been endowed with a mushroom shaped cloud.
And we know for certain that some lovely day
someone will set the spark off and we will all be blown away.

They're rioting in Africa. There's strife in Iran.
What nature doesn't do to us will be done by our fellow man.
