This morning's writing time was spent on considering an Oversight matter and sharing my experience flying and passing through the new scanners in December. Then i was fortunate to be able to help Christine make it to the train on time: there was a heavy coating of frost on the car and i would not have left in time for my departure to scrape it off enough to be safe on 101.

Yesterday i was downright burbly with sunshine mania. Not that i was particularly effective, but -- oh -- was i in good cheer! But as the day drew to a close, Christine became less happy with her talk preparations for today, and the light fell, and i felt quite unable to be positive. (So i went to bed.)

My solar powered nature is impressive.

A little online reading included http://www.comfortqueen.com/forget-best-year-bad-idea "Instead of my most kick-ass-best-ever-make-a-billion-have-rock-hard-abs-eat-raw-year, I’m going to have a being-me-good-enough year." That resonated, and i ponder the $42 investment in http://www.comfortqueen.com/satisfactionfinder/ -- particularly as the perfectionism issue is mentioned there.
