I keep bidding on various offerings of Lego Bionicle Malum Glatorian 8979 . It's a red bionicle, which is some sort of transformer-like, robot-like, battling thing. I want a red one at least as complex as the blue one we got for Yule (which is now morphed with the lego Christmas Tree into some sort of Yule robot monster).
I made a catfish stew for dinner, based on a Planet Organics recipe and Christine's tomato soup from last night. For lunch i roasted turnips, the turnip stems (most of the greens had been chopped off but i could not waste the stems), celery and onion. I was a little too free with the salt and olive oil, so it was very good. Too good. I've fresh kale to eat later this week.
Meanwhile, i'm rather grumpy to have "wasted" a weekend.
