Cranky computer this morning. I am learning Wireshark and was hoping to use that to see if i could diagnose where the network is failing. We're trying to decide if now is the time to replace the router and separate Airport Express wireless access point (with printer and speaker wireless networking). Not sure what triggered off crash reports on the crash reporter and the SystemUI server: reboot. All seems better, so the network may not be to blame.

* Oversight (which we may change to "Pastoral Care"), Library committees, "Warm Winter Nights" -- Friday nights at the meetinghouse to craft or play or do light work, and the women's reading group
I'm taking days here and there as part of recovering and refocussing. Not using the time as well as i would like, but i suppose i am recovering.

** Diet - Low wheat (no bread, pasta), but not gluten-free (eg: malt flavoring). Low refined sugar. N's visit: donuts, batter around chile rellenos; sweets donuts Friday, desert out Saturday, lots of chocolate covered cherry cordials Sunday and Monday
** 20 min of exercise 3x week, hope for daily movement:Lots of walking on Saturday.
** Oils, vitamin D, & querc supplements as advised Querc not so much; evening Oils OK. Ready to start with regular vitamin D
** Roomba & sheet changing A little roomba-ing before my brother arrived.
