Antihistamines have left my system

I relaxed yesterday. The last three days of the week were highly stimulating, so i recovered with genealogy research.

I haven't taken my antihistamine for a while -- three days, perhaps -- and this morning waken to find my ears all stuffy and other symptoms. The pressure in my ears is most annoying. I marked a few days ago the flare of the tiny blister-like precursors of my rash pattern (this morning, i find a type of eczema named dyshidrosis sounds most like the pattern i have, although it occurs more broadly than the wikipedia locations): i suspect not taking the antihistamine may have something to do with that, too.

Always wishing i could give up on some of the pills....

Apparently, i am catching up a bit with comments and email this morning, and not reflecting.
