Pleasant day yesterday as Christine worked on her paper in hypercoherence and race relations. It took a long time for me to ask what hypercoherence referred to as every time i heard her say it my mind glossed it as "speculative fiction term to fill a plot gap." Finally, i realized i was ignoring the term. She's pondering writing a wikipedia article for the term since there's no documentation there (but first, finish the paper!).

I puttered on my computer, making plans about my May eclipse and alpine bog trip. We sat outside for a while then in on the recliner, ate yummy easy meals. We watched a documentary on restoring the prairies in northern Montana, and i'm pondering making that my sibling gift this year: a donation there and perhaps something made of bison fiber. The bison yarns sound incredible, with a price to match. At the bison prices, I don't need to repeat my llama yarn purchase, where i bought a huge hank and never made the gifts from it.

Must get focussed!

Hmm, she hasn't written up hypercoherence yet :-) I see it's statistics and therefore makes my eyes try to crawl down the back of my skull, but is it the same thing in discussions of the Maya collapse like this?
