I'm finding i really can't get interested.

I really wish i could find a visualization of a wikipage that showed how "fresh" text was. When l last checked, around 6:15 am, there were over a 150 wiki page changes to Paul Ryan's page today.

http://wikidashboard.appspot.com/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Paul_Ryan&oldid=493130319 May 18th 2012 version of Paul Ryan's Page

* http://wikidashboard.appspot.com/enwiki/wiki/User:CWenger - List_of_alternative_rock_artists - 121
* shares 5th place in editor frequency on Paul Ryan's Page. He did all 14 edits this year, i presume around some time Ryan was engaged in budget activities.

I think I want to stay as far away from that page as I can :-) But yes, it's getting hammered. Bear in mind that politically important BLPs like that draw admins, who often tweak wording while they're watching for vandalism, adding to the flux effect. The tool you show the screenshot from is the best one I know of, but I wouldn't be too surprised if others closer to what you want exist. There's a wikipedians community on LJ (somnolent like most LJ comms these days) and there's Village Pump/technical :-)

Yes please :-) I need something to lift my attention out of angst at work/angst outside work/reading about awful things during slow times at work in order to write articles because I can't read fiction or I won't react fast enough when I'm needed at work and because no one else is going to. (And you can even take a guess at who I am on there; I think you have about 3/4 of the clues and I know you have great search skills.)
