Pre-work, distracted by tea spill on laptop and http://www.darthsanddroids.net . Felt a little rattled.

Utterly distracted, restless workday. Munching on corn chips. Couple hours of meetings, did have One Good Idea. Did not follow through on the Project writing implied by One Good Idea.

Did pick up L-J at SJC and wrote a few New Years notes while waiting. My phone didn't buzz when she TXTed me that she was waiting at the curb: i noticed when i went to look up an address. Eeep! Adrenaline rush over "How long was she waiting?!!" and general navigational confusion. Multiple laps around SJC today. More rattled.

At some point i did measure the hall (AGAIN) and then figure how many IKEA Billy bookcases fit, got a price. Obviously, there's a workflow here that involves the carpet cleaning. TEENSY STEPS.

Christine is torn and wants an xbox 360 elite for she has somehow reignited interest in video games. We have also discussed the iTouch. Which reminds me that my alarm clock iPod function is not available and reminds me how abrupt it was to wake up to the buzz of my phone of vibrate as opposed to the German guy chanting Hindu mantras. Ha, i blame this for my rattled, restless day. *eyeroll*

Sixish, Christine and i retired to the living room where we discussed a project about doing a visualization of the temporal-spatial distribution of marriage-related minutes in the collection of Friends for LGBTQ Concerns. I started normalizing the data (different from a normalized database). I'm in the B's.

Did i mention that a fresh Xopenex inhaler seems to have made a HUGE difference in breathing? Today was not all-better, but it was MUCH better.
